Legacy Amendment Task Force

The task force meets as needed to coordinate programs funded by Minnesota’s Legacy Amendment. MELSA and its member libraries plan and implement free public programs and projects in the arts, cultural heritage, literary arts and Minnesota history as designated in Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
