- MELSA is Hiring an Executive Director
MELSA is currently pursuing a search for an Executive Director who will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of our organization according to the strategic direction set by our Board of Trustees and Advisory Board. The Executive Director of MELSA is responsible for implementation of policies, goals and objectives, as well as the financial management, program, and administrative management of the organization, operating within guidelines set by state statute.

MELSA and its member libraries present an array of arts, cultural, literary, and Minnesota history programs in collaboration with arts and cultural organizations, independent artists, historical societies, and community organizations. Programs are funded in part with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota's arts and cultural heritage.
