Children's interest in reading for fun drops significantly at age 8, especially for boys. Parents have the greatest influence over their children's reading habits and Family Read offers two aids to help parents keep their readers reading.
The Family Literary Events provide a fun way for you and your child to interact with books. Each event features a Minnesota author/illustrator - attend one or more with your child.
